I wonder if this was tucked away in my mind so that unknown to me it controlled my analogy of the solar system to our many-faceted lives. If God is the blazing center of the solar system of our lives, then all the planets will be held in their proper orbit. But if not, everything goes awry.

Awesome points and thanks!. I did a 4th step about 4 years ago when I got sober and was in another program (which saved my life). I re-read my notes from it this morning in prep for the CR 4th step....what a difference the CR approach appears to be!! Much deeper and more thoughtful/solutioning focused. And things have changed in 4 years....boy have they changed. But the pain is greater than the fear so let's get it going... KT
